Kind Words from Parents
"Taylor’s course is very comprehensive and provides parents strategies to improve their relationship with their toddler and builds off it to support their toddler’s sleep.
This is not a “sleep training” course in the traditional sense; this course helps parents implement gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep strategies. This course is perfect for parents who prefer gentle, responsive parenting methods, who need help in supporting their toddler’s sleep, as well as for parents who are looking for help to establish a more peaceful and securely attached relationship with their toddler overall.”Jacqueline
"I wish I would have found this podcast and Taylor on Instagram when I was pregnant with my first child.
I had so much anxiety when it came to raising my baby, her sleep, parenting against the norm and not falling into “normal” practices that could potentially hurt her or our relationship. Please share with new moms!”Rashelle
“Taylor is so relatable and practical. She lives a life that questions the main narrative and brings it back to our biological norms. I love her podcast and following her on Instagram.
Initially, I followed her for reassurance that rocking/nursing my baby to sleep and cosleeping was okay. But she quickly became my fav account for many other reasons. She has helped me slowly make other changes in my life and pushed me to do my own research. While also not overwhelming me with all the big changes. She’s made non tox livelihood, gentle parenting, and much more seem attainable for a normal mom who is slowly evolving herself. And does it in such a respectful way. Couldn’t recommend her enough!”Kait
“Jennifer’s support was priceless. I loved the process of education first to get to learn more about attachment and how thorough the initial assessment of my daughter was.
As a mom, it can be hard to be confident in following your intuition with so much noise from others and media, but Jennifer is not only an expert, she makes you feel so supported and gives you many options you are comfortable with. Before we started, my daughter had zero nap schedule and was waking at night almost hourly at 19 months. I read a lot and tried a lot. Jennifer helped organize and could see improvements even when I couldn’t. By the end of our time together, my daughter now has a more predictable nap and far less night wakings. I am so happy with the support from Jennifer."Emily

Answers to your
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use any form of non-responsive or cry it out sleep training approaches?
No. We approach sleep holistically with the understanding that many factors impact how a child sleeps, and that sleep training does not "train" a baby to sleep or address any underlying causes of sleep disruption/disturbance. We encourage you to always follow your child’s cues and trust your own intuition, and we never recommend or encourage any arbitrary rules or time limits as these take the intuition piece out of the equation. We only promote responsive and respectful sleep changes.
Is this is “no-cry” approach?
This is not a "no-cry" approach because we value the importance and validity of emotion and tears when supported by a loving, responsive caregiver. Sometimes, when we are shifting patterns with our children, they will have big emotions, and that’s okay. Emotions aren’t inherently bad or wrong, and it is okay and normal for our children to experience a range of emotions. What matters is how we respond to the emotions. Our children need our help to co-regulate, and so we never encourage parents to leave a dysregulated child by themselves.
Can you guarantee that my child’s sleep will improve?
No. We are working with unpredictable tiny humans with real needs, and it would not be possible to be responsive in our approach while also making any guarantees about results. It would be completely unethical for us to make guarantees, and not in alignment with our values and the work that we do.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on 1:1 support services, webinars, or eGuides. We want everyone to be satisfied with our eCourses, and we also understand that our philosophy and approach is not right for everyone. We offer a money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase of an eCourse if you are not satisfied, and if you have gone through less than 25% of the course. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details & requirements about how to submit your request for a refund.
